[stgt] new web site

[FUJITA Tomonori]

Mike and I decided to move out of berlios.de. We use berlios.de only
for web hosting though. We have been used the git tree and mailing
list on kernel.org.

The new site URL is:

http://stgt.sourceforge.net/


I'll redirect stgt.berlios.de to stgt.sourceforge.net later
(currently, the shell service on berlios.de is disabled).
