[stgt] [PATCH v2 0/2] bs_rbd: unlimit images, keep cluster conn per image

The following two patches modify bs_rbd to:

1) dynamically allocate rbd control structures, so remove the
artificial 20-image limit

2) carry the cluster connection with the rbd image, in preparation
for per-image options/authentication
