[wpkg-users] Always install but with checkes

Hello,

Is it posible to ony use the check-type to see if a program needs to be 
installed and not the wpkg.xml to see if it is already installed.

I uninstalled norton from my laptop but he didn't reinstall it because 
it was in the list of installed programs.

But when i use the always option from the 0.9.1-test he doesn't use the 
check type optons.
