[wpkg-users] wpkg installer and reboot

I was gonna post about this after I did some more checking.. but since
someone else has the same issue...

I experience the same... Doesn't matter what logon delay is set to.. If
it is set, I don't get a reboot...

I hadn't tried w/ no logon delay.
