[wpkg-users] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wpkg.xml acces denied

Sorry, I did not understand what is wpkg. When you have 200 machines, 
you don't want to stay on each, use the admin account to deploy wpkg 
GUI, wpkg CLI or things like this.
