You could use variables for that.

For example, set a variable when you use WPKG client.


Then, as the "<install ..." command, use a batch script.

If your variable is set (that is, it was started using WPKG Client), 
execute instruction set 1.
I the variable is not set (which means, it was started manually), 
execute instruction set 2.
