WPKG expects it is started with administrative privileges (at least, if 
you didn't change anything).
Netlogon scripts are started with user privileges; software installation 
normally expects administrative privileges and will not work for users.

Allowing your users to logon with administrative powers is a very, very 
bad security practice.
