[sheepdog-users] Serialize inflight requests

I see you have a patch here for TGT sheepdog driver to serialize inflight
requests

This IMHO not in the main tree.

I am seeing these errors sometimes in the sheep log and looks like they may
be due to similar serializing issue. Please advice if you would recommend
picking up this patch and if this would address this error that I see
sometimes.
