Hi Vedvyas,

Yes, the patch isn't in the main line of tgt yet. I'm working on cleaning
the code.
I'll send these patches to the tgt list in the near future. I'll cc you in
the thread.

And thanks for your report! We see a similar problem in qemu already. But
the problem isn't seen in a case of iSCSI yet. I believe the serializing
patch will solve the problem, could you test the patch if you have a time?
