I plan to release 0.4.0 this weekend after throughout testing.  What
kinds of things in the queue?  Let me know if you want us to postpone
the release.

I think of having a shorter release cycle after 0.4.0 (e.g. monthly or
every two months) because Sheepdog codes are changing really rapidly
than before.
