[wpkg-users] Setting a variable in a profile doesnt over-rides that set in a package

Args, I take that back.  I mean, well, I misunderstood and thought you were 
trying to SET %WINDIR%, which as I now saw is basically just a legacy alias 
for %SystemRoot%, forgot about it.  So the above does not in fact solve your 
problem.  Sorry,
