...but that rule are effective? I saw that sometime (for me, the first
guilty is the AV, Kaspersky) some app ''reset'' the firewall
configuration, so my rules get lost.

I've ''solved'' that adding a custom registry value (win7/advfirewall,
but is the same for xp/firewall):

	<install cmd='reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy" /f /v "WPKGPolicyVersion" /t REG_SZ /d "20130318"' />

and i check that:

	<check type="registry" condition="equals" path="HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\WPKGPolicyVersion" value="20130318" />

I've noted that if someone reset the firewall, also that custom key get
lost. So the check condition retrigger the setup of my rules at next run.
